Company Policies
Booking Confirmation Policy
✓ To confirm your reservation, a refundable booking amount must be paid in advance:
✓ PKR 5,000 per head for Group Tours.
✓ PKR 20,000 per head for Custom Tours.
✓
This booking amount secures your spot and confirms your reservation with Skytrek Tours.
✓ The remaining balance must be cleared as per the timeline shared by our team.
Refund Policy
✓ Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made 6 days or more before the departure date (excluding the booking amount).
✓ 50% Refund: Cancellations made 4-5 days before departure will incur a 50% deduction; the rest will be refunded..
✓ No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made 2 days or less before the departure date.
✓ Note: Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
Exclusions from the Trip Plan
✓ Any activity, expense, or service not included in the pre-shared trip plan will need to be arranged and paid for by the participants themselves.
✓ This includes, but is not limited to, additional meals, excursions, shopping, or personal preferences outside the agreed itinerary.
Fuel Charges Adjustment Policy
✓ In the event of changes in fuel prices during the trip, the revised charges will be applicable from the day of the change onward.
✓ Participants will be required to pay any additional costs caused by the fuel price adjustment to ensure the smooth continuation of the journey.
Code of Conduct for Peaceful Environment
✓ We are committed to fostering a peaceful and friendly environment throughout the trip.
✓ Participants causing disturbances, arguing, or behaving inappropriately will be banned and may be left at a safe location..
✓ No refund will be issued in cases of disciplinary action.
Respect and Safety Policy
✓ At Skytrek Tours, we place great importance on mutual respect and safety for all participants, especially families, couples, and female travelers.
✓ Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or complaints regarding disrespect will be taken very seriously.
✓ Upon validation of such complaints, the violator will be offloaded from the trip immediately, with no refund issued. Legal action may also be taken in extreme cases.
Environment and Local Customs Policy
✓ We encourage all participants to avoid littering and help keep the places we visit clean and beautiful.
✓ Respect the customs and traditions of the local communities and treat the destinations with care and responsibility.
✓ Smoking, drinking, or the consumption of any drugs or prohibited substances is strictly not allowed during the trip.
✓ If any participant is found with prohibited drugs or substances, strict action will be taken, and the violator will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.
✓ Skytrek Tours will have no responsibility for legal actions taken by the authorities against such individuals, as we do not promote or tolerate such activities.
Weather and Clothing
✓ Check the weather conditions of the destination prior to your trip and pack necessary clothing, footwear, and accessories as per the requirements of the trip.
✓ This ensures you are prepared for any weather changes and can enjoy your trip comfortably.
Health and Medical Safety
✓ Kindly inform us in advance of any health conditions, allergies, or medical concerns to ensure your safety during the trip..
✓ First aid kits will be available with our team members during the entire trip to address any minor health issues.
✓ In case of emergencies, our team will provide initial support and assist in seeking professional medical care if needed.
General Conduct and Responsibilities
✓ Participants are expected to respect the trip schedule, follow the guidance of the tour leader, and cooperate with fellow travelers.
✓ Skytrek Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary for reasons such as weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
✓ Participants are encouraged to raise concerns with the tour leader or management promptly to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
